The NSW Barefoot Water Ski Club is a division of the Australian Barefoot Water Ski Club known as Barefoot Water Ski Australia.

Our primary mission is to organise, develop and promote the sport of Barefoot Water Skiing, for all levels from “Come and Try” clinics all the way to hosting National and World Championships.

The Club was formed at Sackville NSW in 1963 and has operated continuously at various locations in NSW over the years.

The NSW Barefoot Water Ski Club currently operates from the Georges River at Helles Park in Moorebank, NSW.

The club has hosted two World Championships, the first in 1994 and the second time in 1998. 

The Club is looking forward to hosting the; 

  • 2020 IWWF Australian Barefoot Water Ski Championships – January 2020; and

  • 2020 IWWF World Barefoot Water Ski Championships - April 2020.

We also support the beginner and “week end warrior” skiers who seek to have fun  and learn new skills in our  “Come and Try” days and Tournaments or learn to be an Official with judging or scoring.
